Refund policy

At UndrSkin, we believe intimate wear should reach every customer in brand-new, hygienic condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, panties and other intimate garments cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, except in the following cases:

• You received a wrong item.
• You received a damaged product.
• You received a defective product.
• Your order is incomplete.

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us with:

• Order Number
• Photos of the package
• Photos of the product
• Brief description of the issue

Claims received after 24 hours may not be accepted.
